AACSB Accreditation

In late 2010, the Edwards School of Business began the process of earning accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).  This involves first becoming a member institution, and then submitting to a voluntary, external review of Edwards’ mission, faculty, programs, and curricula.  This serves to guide the strategic planning of the school, and ensures that students receive a top-quality education.

AACSB accreditation involves a rigorous process of consistent, self-evaluation and peer-review from accredited member institutions, ensuring that the 21-standards of education management are being met. There are 648 AACSB accredited institutions in 43 countries and territories, representing approximately 5% of business schools worldwide.  The Edwards School of Business continuously strives to offer an undergraduate and graduate business education that our alumni and employers value at home and abroad.  Achieving accreditation demonstrates our commitment to improving upon, and delivering a high-quality education to our students.
