Canada's Largest Indigenous Inclusion Event and Recruitment Fair

Saskatoon, SK S7K 0C8

“As an Aboriginal graduate of the Edwards MBA program, this Inclusion Works career fair was what enabled me to be able to choose between seven different offers in the spring before I had even graduated. This year's event is in Saskatoon and I would encourage any Aboriginal grads (upcoming, new and/or within the last five years) to apply to attend.

When graduates apply, employers review their resumes and select who they'd like to interview during the Inclusion Works fair. Interviews are set up in advance. Those graduates chosen for interviews are often sponsored to attend all events for free by the Aboriginal Human Resources Network.  When I was chosen to attend Inclusion Works last year, I had seven interviews by the time I landed in Edmonton, a few follow ups that week and was fielding offers within the month for MBA-worthy positions. I would highly recommend this for any Aboriginal candidates you may have.

Please pass this information on to anyone who may be interested - the new deadline is March 11. I will be there this year as a mentor for new grads and would love to see more Aboriginal grads from Edwards there to show employers that we're worth our weight in gold!  My interview from last year's event: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mI0mKpFSJwY “ Elyse Campbell, UofS MBA Graduate
