Innovation Saskatchewan, Genome Prairie, and Innovation Place invite you to attend a seminar presentation titled "Innovation - The Next level of Competitive Advantage", delivered by Dr. Brooke Dobni, a Professor of Strategy at the Edwards School of Business, University of Saskatchewan as well as the founder of Strategian, an applied research firm.

In a world where the only thing constant is change, will your company's current strategy alone get you to the next level?  This presentation will shed light on this question and in doing so, will cover the following topics:
• 8 things they don't teach you in Business School about strategy and competition.
• What is innovation and how can I make it work in my organization, including how to advance your innovation platform.
• Is the U.S. still an innovation nation? Top level findings of a recent Fortune 1000 study undertaken by Strategian/Lodestar and what we can learn about innovation leadership.

Dr. Brooke Dobni is a Professor of Strategy and the founder of Strategian, an applied research firm based in Canada.  Strategian is the thought leader on innovation in Canada and has scientifically developed InnovationOne.  InnovationOne is a metric to measure innovation culture, and has been used by over 1000 organizations across North America.  Strategian and its JV partner organization based in Philadelphia, Pa. provide services to clients that include EDS, Hitachi, PotashCorp, Cameco, GE Healthcare, Pfizer, America Express, J.P.
