Assistant / Associate Professor of Business Policy, Strategy and Entrepreneurship
The Department of Management and Marketing, Edwards School of Business, University of Saskatchewan invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in strategy and entrepreneurship starting July 2012. Salary and rank will be commensurate with qualifications.
The successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will be to provide excellent instruction in strategy and entrepreneurship, maintain an active program of scholarship, and participate in service activities consistent with the rank of appointment. Candidates must have completed, or be near completion of, a relevant PhD degree from an accredited institution. They should demonstrate research and teaching excellence or the potential to develop a vigorous research program while contributing effectively toward student learning.
We have a rapidly growing marketing group within the Edwards School, with a strong commitment to research and to bringing solid teaching to our ~1,700 energetic undergraduate and MBA students. Our Wilson Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence and Hanlon Centre for International Business Studies offer platforms for expanding research and learning. We are well-connected to strong agri/mining/oil business sectors and our campus has strong innovation initiatives.
