During this course, you will develop techniques and strategies that will allow you to handle difficult conversations with skills and confidence. You will engage in practical and interactive discussions and activities that will change the way you see and respond to difficult conversations. There is a process to respectful conversations, and this course opens the door to stronger relationships, two-way listening and discussion, and outcomes that will improve your personal and organizational life.

Principal of Eureka Experience, Rachelle is an experienced, award-winning educator, a passionate artist and an enthusiastic entrepreneur. She inspires people, teams and organizations to ‘get it done’ in a passionate, productive way. She digs down to core issues and provides tangible tools for leaders and teams to move forward by practicing courageous communication.
Rachelle holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm). Rachelle is also a Certified Facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Typology Indicator (MBTI) a FOCCUS (Facilitating Open Couple Communication, Understanding and Study) Facilitator and a Certified Facilitator of the Canadian It’s Your Move youth program.
Cancellation
University of Saskatchewan's liability is limited to reimbursement of paid tuition fees.
Cancellations received at least five (5) business days in advance of the course commencement date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than five (5) business days prior to the course commencement date will be subject to a $100 administration fee. Cancellations received less than two (2) business days prior to the course commencement date will be subject to full course tuition cost.
Non-attendance will incur full course tuition cost.

Program Transfers
One course transfer will be permitted without penalty if the cancellation request is received within fifteen (15) business days prior to the course start date. Alternate program transfers may be approved dependent on course availability. Transfer requests must be scheduled within six (6) months of the initial purchase. Applicants will be responsible for any price difference in program fees at the time of the request. Each subsequent transfer request will be subject to $300 administration fee.
