Biography

Alison Renny has been an academic administrator since 1998; first as an Assistant Dean and more recently as Associate Dean. Prior to 1998, Alison taught accounting at the undergraduate and graduate level within the Edwards School of Business. In 1994 she was recognized as the Most Effective Professor for undergraduate programs and in 1998 she was recognized as the Most Effective Professor for the MBA program. In addition to teaching activities she has been actively involved in executive and management training programs at the College and has completed a number of major consulting projects on behalf of the College.

Alison has a B.A., B.COMM., and M.B.A., holds a professional accounting designation and has most recently been recognized as a Fellow of the Society of Management Accountants.   Prior to joining the Edwards School of Business in 1991, Alison worked in a variety of positions in industry, health-care, banking, consulting, auditing, and education. She has extensive experience on a number of Boards.  She is currently Chair of the Saskatchewan Rate Review Panel.
