Ryan has been working in the Edwards School of Business for the past 13 years. He is in charge of software/application training and support at the School. As such, he supports faculty, staff and students at the Edwards School of Business. Ryan is also the Coordinator for COMM 110, Introduction to Computer Skills. He is in charge of curriculum development and teaches several sections.

Ryan completed his Bachelor of Commerce in 1993, majoring in Marketing, Human Resource Management and General Business. Ryan has also completed the majority of his MBA.

Prior to working for the Technology Support Centre, Ryan was a marketing research consultant for 5 years and completed several projects for a variety of organizations, businesses, and government agencies.
