Dr. Ganesh Vaidyanathan has been awarded the Fellowship Designation (FCGA), by the CGA-Canada Board of Directors in recognition of the contributions made to the CGA Association and to the community at large.

Dr. Vaidyanathan has served on two provincial Boards (in Manitoba and Saskatchewan) as a public appointee and contributed extensively to committees at the national and provincial levels. Drawing on nearly a quarter-century of experience as an educator, author of two textbooks and several teaching cases, Dr. Vaidyanathan facilitates exam preparation workshops at the certification level of the Education Program of the Association and is an Course Examiner in the foundation level of the Association’s Education Program.

The honour of the Fellow Designation of the Association is bestowed on only a few CGAs each year and it recognizes members who provide exemplary service to the Association, profession and the public. The FCGA designation symbolizes the commitment demonstrated by the Fellow on behalf of the Association in advancing the interests of the designation through his or her professional achievements and/or community service.
