Program planning for upper year Edwards students starts on Fri, Feb 1, 2013. All plans are due on Fri, Feb 8th at 4:30 pm. Last year, approximately 98% of Edwards students completed a program plan. Don't be part of the 2% who forget to submit a program plan!

On Friday, November 16th the Edwards School of Business celebrated student success at the annual awards ceremony. Students, guests and donors were invited to attend an afternoon of recognition of their achievements over the past year.

5 Edwards Students Sleep Outside for 5 Days
From March 11th until March 16th, five students from the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan will give up the comfort of their own home and basic necessities to live “homeless” on campus for five full days with only the clothes on their backs, a sleeping bag, and a pillow. The homeless participants will stay on campus collecting donations of food, clothing, and money for EGADZ, while raising awareness of the severity of homelessness and youth at risk in Saskatoon.

Study Abroad Student Wins Competition in Norway
The Edwards School of Business is pleased to announce that one of our study abroad students recently won a business competition, while studying abroad at Finnmark University College in Norway. Kyle Malach, a fourth year Finance student, competed against student teams from four other universities in Russia, Finland and Norway.

Edwards Places 2nd at the Alberta Energy Challenge
The 2nd annual Alberta Energy Challenge was held at the University of Alberta, in Edmonton, from September 29th to October 2nd, 2011. The team from Edwards School of Business placed second overall.

Congratulations to our Edwards Team who reached the finals for the second straight year in the Excalibur Human Resources Competition, held in Montreal, QC.

Finance Team places Second at SFU Case Competition
The Edwards Finance Team of Riley Arguin, John Irwin, and Brian Ng won second place at Simon Fraser University's Finance International Case Competition (FICC). Queen's University placed first and University of Hawaii was third. The team was coached by Brian Lane, Craig Wilson and Zhenyu Wu.
