Golsa completed her Bachelors of Arts Degree majoring in English Language and Literature at the Tehran Azad University in 2009. She moved to Canada from Iran in 2010 as an international student, where she completed her Masters in Women and Gender Studies at Saint Mary’s University in 2013.  Shortly after graduation, Golsa moved to Saskatoon, where she worked for a non-for-profit organization as a Program Coordinator. In this role, she worked with a wide range of community members such as immigrants, refugees, indigenous people, academic leaders and administrators, and local business owners.

After many years of cross-cultural work experience, Golsa learned the value of stakeholder management and strategic partnerships, and how it advances our community. With her extensive background working in the not-for-profit sector, Golsa has been a valuable addition to the Edwards Executive Education team. Golsa is passionate about interculturalism, and advocates for diversity and inclusion, and empowering women leaders.

In her free time, Golsa loves to read, meet new people, and considers herself a ‘foodie’.
