Laurie Mitchell is a fourth-year Human Resource Management student at the Edwards School of Business. Originally hired in her third year as a co-op student, Laurie is continuing to work at Executive Education part-time as she finishes her Bachelor of Commerce.

In her role as an Administrative and Program Coordinator, Laurie works to bring professional development opportunities to a variety of organizations in Saskatchewan. In particular, Laurie enjoys our women’s initiative opportunities, so has taken on the responsibility of coordinating our 17th Annual Women of Influence Breakfast Presentation. Since commencing her position, Laurie has also assisted in the coordination of our SPEAK! Canada and Empowering Women Leaders programs.

Outside of school and work, Laurie is an active member of the Saskatchewan Equestrian community where she competes on her horse and serves as the Secretary of the Sandcastle Riding Club.
