Program Overview

The Communication Strategy for Success Certificate Program is designed to provide individuals with a strategy for success in all areas of interpersonal communications. It is a strategy for achieving respect, resilience and results in a changing world. Because ultimately, how we think, speak and act affects our ability to engage and motivate, effective communication skills determine your interpersonal success as a leader and team member.

Whether you are a formal or informal, seasoned or emerging leader, you will be challenged to further develop your communication skills in this program through tangible and relevant applications. In addition, this strategy shines a light on emerging and ever-changing issues that affect our lives, workplaces and the world. And like any great strategy, it has been created to be realistic, developmental, and highly adaptable.

The Communication Strategy for Success Program offered is composed of four core training programs. If an organization has a narrow, specific need, programs can also be completed individually. The programs are not designed just for leaders within the organization but rather are designed to provide ALL organizational members from employees to upper management with an increased understanding of the opportunities interpersonal communications provide.

“Communication is one of the single most important elements to ensure workplace productivity, happiness, engagement, and creativity. When communication breaks down, the ultimate result is a loss on return on investment. Millions of dollars are lost every year due to communication problems. Communication can be difficult under the best of circumstances, and now that most of us are working remotely, it is even more critical to ensure our lines of communication are in place.”
