This course is designed for front-line to mid-managers who are moving from peer to supervisor and for those who would benefit from refreshing their leadership skills. This course focuses on leadership skills in communication, coaching, performance management and leading through constant change.

Instructor Profile

DianeDiane Knoll, B.Ed., CEC

Diane is an executive coach, leadership development specialist, educator and facilitator. She is a graduate of the Royal Roads University Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and has achieved her associate coaching certification level (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. Diane specializes in leadership and team development, organizational design and personal performance. She brings many years of experience in analyzing, designing, and facilitating training and development programs.

Diane’s accomplishments include managing an expansive leadership development project, with clients throughout North America and Australia. Diane has been coaching leaders, from front line to senior management, since 2007. She is a certified practitioner in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator®, Emotional Intelligence and 360 feedback instruments.

Written cancellations received less than 5 days prior to the course will be subject to a $100 administration fee. Non-attendance will incur full course tuition cost.
