Instructor Profile

Betty Mutwiri, MA, PCC, PhDc Betty Mutwiri is a catalyst for positive change. She has extensive experience as a senior leader in the public and non-profit sectors and has proven expertise in leadership development, executive coaching, EDIB workshops and culture change strategies. She is the Principal of BM Leadership Coaching and Consulting, Associate Faculty at Royal Roads, CCHL Leadership Coach & Consultant and LEAD Global Coach and Consultant. For over two decades, Betty has instigated several impactful initiatives in Saskatoon. Her remarkable contributions have earned her widespread recognition, including: the 2021 Leadership Saskatoon Alumni Award, Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch in 2022, DEI Champion 2022, BIPOC Top 10 Black Entrepreneurs 2023, Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee 2023 Award recipient and the International Top Association of Professionals Award in Coaching (IAOTP) in 2023.
