AI Essentials in the Workplace

Program Overview

Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming how organizations operate, but many professionals are still navigating how to apply it effectively in their day-to-day work. AI Essentials in the Workplace is a one-day program designed to help professionals build practical capability and confidence in using AI to support decision-making, improve efficiency, and solve real business challenges.

Through a combination of discussion, real-world examples, and hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to identify meaningful opportunities for AI, evaluate tools and solutions, and apply foundational prompting techniques. The program also explores different approaches to implementation, including using third-party platforms and developing custom solutions, helping participants understand what is appropriate for their organization’s needs and stage of growth.

Participants will leave with a clear, structured approach to applying AI in their work, along with practical tools they can use immediately. They will return to their organizations better equipped to experiment responsibly, communicate effectively about AI, and begin integrating AI into workflows in a way that supports measurable and sustainable business outcomes.
