Introduction and Background
The global agenda for vitality and sustainable development will be achieved by fully leveraging the leadership potential and economic participation of women.
The Empowering Women Leaders Program is designed to support your journey to empowerment and promote an inclusive climate that values both feminine and masculine approaches, found within both men and women. Research suggests that “Women indeed Mean Business.” Organizations with women in leadership roles and on boards outperform those not tapping into the diverse strengths typically attributed to women and the feminine leadership strengths such as empathy, insight, and connectivity.
Empowering Women Leaders is a 3-part leadership program for women that provides an opportunity to step away and have a conversation with fellow participants, facilitators, experts, and special speakers. This program is for women, designed and facilitated by women, and provides an environment where women can discuss their experience, leadership challenges, and success.
